About the practice
GCC was founded by Heather Olson, M.S.Ed., M.Div., (she/her). She brings her experience as a teacher, pastor, and interfaith chaplain to her counseling approach. Heather is trained in Action Commitment Therapy, Recovery-Oriented Cognitive Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. She has worked with individuals with depression, anxiety, PTSD, grief, and suicide prevention. In addition, Heather has significant experience working with military Veterans.
Whatever your race, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital or relationship status, physical or mental ability, economic circumstance, political persuasion, faith background, history, or station in life, she is committed to creating a welcoming and affirming space for you.
